Neil is one of the few workmen who I recommend whole heartedly and without any reservations. In order to make my garage door draft proof I wanted to replace it with a new one. I wanted to procure the new door, myself. I contacted Neil for installation and he quoted me a sensible labour charge for fitment, over the phone, which I accepted.
However I wanted him to come down for a survey to establish the new door’s size and fitment requirements. He was busy but upon my insistence he made it to my house. Having done his evaluation he provided with a candid and honest advice that I would be better off keeping the old door and only draft proofing it, as the new door would not be effective in stopping water seepage due to the unique design of the ground gutters. No one who came before him had pointed that out to me.
Not only he saved me from a big expense but a potential hazard that no one else considered or informed me about. A real through and honest professional!”
